We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable tour mini bus to beautiful La Jolla, Mt. Soledad, through the city, and gorgeous Coronado. Average 30 minutes each stop with restrooms available at most as well as additional snacks. We chose to end tab old Town where our guide Roxanne gave us a great recommendation for Mexican food. She as friendly and very accommodating to all visitors.

The tour was awesome. We visited multiple locations throughout the San Diego area. This helped to solidify future extended visits in key locations during our trip. Ana was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge sharing along with her sense of humor.......I can say no more. I would highly recommend this tour to first time visitors of the San Diego area. Due this sooner than later in your trip and you will be happy with every cent you paid. Sincerely East Coast meets West Cost

I did the 4 hour tour with my family and in-laws on 7/7, and thought it was a great experience. The pickup point was just outside of Historic Old Town and there was ample free parking. Roxane did a great job of engaging the group (we had a full 14 passengers) and everyone kept to the allotted time frames at each location so we kept on schedule. The breakdown of the places visited (and time spent at each location) is below: 1. LaJolla Cove - Children's beach (20 minutes) - Very disappointing because of the people on the beach (in light of posted signs), which prevented the seals from going on the beach. The area is beautiful, however. 2. Mt. Soledad (15 minutes) - Unbelievable 360 degree views. 3. Old Town State Historic Park (30 minutes) - The most surprising part of the trip. I don't think I would've gone out of my way to go there, but I'm glad we did. We ended up eating at Casa de Reyes after the tour (which was recommended by a guide on our USS Midway tour the day before). 4. Balboa Park (30 minutes) - We spent our time in the Botanical Garden and got some nice family pictures near the pool outside. 5. Coronado Beach/Hotel del Coronado (30 minutes) - We walked down and got ice cream at the hotel. On the way back to the drop off point, we drove through Gaslamp Quarter and Little Italy (which we ate at the day before after touring the USS Midway). This is defintely a good thing to do early in your trip so you know what to go back and see later. It was also nice to be able to enjoy the sights without worrying about the traffic and parking. It would've been nice to spend a little longer at each location, but it would then turn into a 5-6+ hour tour. If you approach this as a highlight tour that squeezes a lot into a short amount of time, you will not be disappointed.

Hi Joe, Thank you so much for your detailed and very nice review ! Glad you had a great time with us! We actually are working on putting together a 7hours Tour, we will add 2 more locations, and people will have more time to spend at each location. So then people will have a choice either a short 4hours tour, if you are here for few days, or a full day tour, if you are only in town for a day or 2, it will be perfect, and you will be able to see most of the city!
