Our trips depart from Mission Bay, which requires only a short 10 minute journey access to the open ocean where whales and dolphins can be seen! The search for whales and other animals begins as soon as you depart the dock and our marine biologists are on the microphone explaining exactly what to expect and what you are seeing from the get go!
Typically our trips are 2.5-3 hours in length, but time can vary based on seasons and locations of sightings.

Being with family, watching the waves and seeing the sprout of the whale. Also the workers were really nice and always looking out for us to make sure we were ok.

We didn't get to see anyone whales which is the whole reason why we booked this experience. We did see many Dolphins. The water was very choppy which got a lot of people sick.

The journey itself was amazing and enjoyable but the receptionist which I could not get her name was rude and not professional. If I pay my money , not that cheap BTW, I need some one who recieve me at the booth smiling greeting me responsive respect my questions and give me all the time to answer my inquiries. That girl we meet at booth on August 5 had an attitude I believe . Also it make sense that higher management should be careful how to choose any one whos working with general public . Not any one is good in handling people and represent the company in a good way. What we did we ignore her attitude and enjoyed our trip but that should be corrected as eventually she might meet a customer not as wise as we were.
