I recommend this bike rental 100%, the service was great, the personnel super friendly and helpful with suggesting nice routes. The bike I had booked (the cheapest one) was not available in my size anymore (I'm quite tall and they couldn't know that) and they gave me a better one without additional charges. Very good prices if you book online or over the phone!! (about 22USD for the entire day) They also have some sweets, power bars, fruits and drinks for purchase.

I live in San Francisco, but have never biked to Sausalto. I found Bike & View because they were close to my home, they also took on-line reservations. My bike and paperwork was ready to go when I arrived and the woman who welcomed to me showed me exactly where to go on the map. I'd recommend this to a friend and will probably go again one day!
