Sustainable Wine Tours brings guests to exclusive Santa Barbara Counties ultra small production private estates, vineyards and wineries not open to the general public.

SHARED/ GROUP WINE TOUR: Tour is small and personal with only a maximum of six to seven guests per tour in our luxury Mercedes Coach.

What can I say…this was one the most amazing wine tours I have ever been on. Believe it or not, it beat our NAPA wine tour. We went to three private vineyards and met personally with the wine makers who gave us private tours and tastings paired with delicious food. One was in the back of an obscure warehouse only to open a random door and enter the most beautiful wine tasting room I’ve ever been in-a hidden jewel and beyond cool. The second was an exquisite vineyard where we ate a gourmet lunch under the trees overlooking hilly rows of grapevines. Surreal! The last vineyard was on a stunning large property where the views were out of a magazine. The Grapevines surrounding beautiful landmarks were stunning. The wines at all 3 places were unique, top quality organic wines created with passion. Our tour guide Scott picked us up in a luxury Mercedes van equipped with chilled water and fabulous music. Scott was fun, profession and so knowledgeable. This tour was above and beyond worth every penny-you will see and taste wines not offered to the public in surroundings that look like a movie. Thanks to a generous friend, I was included in one of Scott's EXCEPTIONAL, curated "Small-Group" wine tours." From beginning to end, our tour was unforgettable and no detail was overlooked. Traveling in an oh-so comfortable Mercedes Sprinter Van and having one-on-one conversations with vintners was truly a treat. We had lunch on the grounds of a beautiful, private vineyard, walked through the vines and enjoyed the magical Santa Ynez surroundings from truly beautiful wineries. Half of our group were true wine aficionados / collectors and even they were impressed by the depth of the experience and what "behind the scenes" access we were granted. We sampled incredible wines, were educated by veteran vintners and delighted by Scott's deep knowledge of the region and the unique wines produced there. It was clear that our destinations were specifically chosen for us and I cannot recommend the experience enough. If you're looking for a "wow" experience, this is most certainly it!
