Sustainable Wine Tours brings guests to exclusive Santa Barbara Counties ultra small production private estates, vineyards and wineries not open to the general public.

SHARED/ GROUP WINE TOUR: Tour is small and personal with only a maximum of six to seven guests per tour in our luxury Mercedes Coach.

Taste premium wines and tour the vineyards and barrel rooms often with the owners and winemakers themselves.

We thoroughly enjoyed the day that Scott curated. We wound up with a total of four people on our tour and it was a perfect size to experience the private tasting experiences. Scott did a great job of communicating logistics beforehand and was an excellent host throughout the day. He provided a lot of great regional info along the way and we were impressed with his attention to detail such as the table setting for our vineyard lunch and lovely cheese plate to snack on during one of the stops. The opportunity to talk with the winemakers/owners and hearing their stories was a primary draw for us and the experience did not disappoint. Scott selected a nice variety of private settings ranging from a small production facility to large ranch/vineyard. Overall, it was a day that was quite educational, full of tasty wines, and beautiful vineyard settings.

This is a fabulous wine tour and not to be missed if you are looking for a unique and very special wine tasting experience. First, our tour guide Scott, was fantastic! He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and put those special finishing touches that really add to a trip. For instance, at a private picnic table overlooking an expansive vineyard. The table was perfectly set and the lunch delicious. But what made this trip truly special was the winemaker/wine tasting experience. We visited winemakers that are otherwise off the grid and not accessible on the ordinary wine tours. Each winemaker we met with was different and had a unique setting and unique story to tell. They all had fabulous wine!
