So happy we went at 8:00pm. The water was like class and it was so peaceful. We saw crabs, shrimp, tons of fish, pelicans sleeping in trees, a Blue Heron.

Excellent Tour! It’s a beautiful mesmerizing experience! Peaceful and quiet. A perfect mixture of nature with a spectacular view of the Ringling Bridge and the Sarasota skyline. We saw lots of fish, crabs, and sea urchins! The tour guides are great!

We had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! No guidance! Waste of money!! Not professional at all!!! Evan is a kid who is not professional. We hung in the mangroves for 15 min while they had to tow the other tourists. Saw a dead fish and that's it but it wasn't a TOUR with a knowledgeable guide.

Hello, As you stated multiple times in our phone conversations you would smear us with an online review. Here it is - all phone conversations are on recorded lines - should we post so people may hear your demands/complaints and our response? 1. they adjusted the seat of a person on tour in the mangroves - both guides said it was 5 mins maybe 7 mins max - both guides stated you seemed annoyed for the delay and bothered by other people on the tour. 2. Dead fish and didn't see anything else? that's a new complaint after 3 phone calls and 8 text msgs - how did that not come up? The tour did see fish but we are not in control of nature we do the best we can to find sea life but never make that promise. 3. You were told information along the tour by two guides Evan and Paul - as you stated in many phones calls you already "knew" the information they told you. - So if a person knows it - how do you please them? 4. You booked with a party of 4 people - 2 people tipped the guides... you yelled at them for tipping. That speaks volumes - As I stated on our phone conversations - people tip when they enjoy the tours - or maybe felt bad for what the guides had to put up with from certain customers. 5. I asked you on the very first phone call - What would you expect differently done on a tour? You jumbled and stumbled around with words, never gave a direct answer then moved on to just point out "all the supposed problems". You did the entire 1.5 tour - never asked to head back early, or to end/stop the tour - you demanded a full refund for 4 people when 2 people enjoyed the tour enough to tip or understood what was happening. You were not happy with a refund for 2 people -- it was either full refund for 4 people or smear our name. Just wondered since you know everything about sealife, an expert kayaker, and know how tours should be guided/ran - why didn't you just rent kayaks skip a tour and take your friends out? I wonder if they would enjoy that tour? Just a thought - If they could be anonymous would they leave you a 1 star review?
