It was peaceful and tour group was friendly. The kayak was easy pace. The tunnel part was a bit tricky going through but not hard in the sense of physical exertion. Pre teens can manage on their own. Offers double or single seat kayak. Saw birds and fish during tour but no other sea creatures.

Chris was our tour guide and did an excellent job. Made the tour fun and educational for the adults as well as the children. Highly recommend.
