After meeting your guide at Savannah’s Visitor Center, hop into the trolley to begin your tour through the city. As the wind blows through your hair, admire the lush foliage and Victorian mansions as you cruise around town.
Following your trolley tour of historic Savannah, embark on a sightseeing cruise down the Savannah River. During the cruise, experience the river that was – and remains – the lifeblood of Savannah.
Please note: There is a short time gap between the trolley tour and River Boat cruise. For the cruise, you must check-in at the River Boat office at 9 E River St before boarding the boat.

Lots of historical information on both parts of the tour. The trolly tour seemed rushed and not well marked at the visitor center parking lot. Departure was scheduled for 10am and we waited for some slaughtering individuals to arrive leaving closer to 10:15am. The riverboat seemed short staffed, one bartender the whole cruise on the upper deck. Not very much to view on the river.

We had two amazing tour guides. Our by land tour was via trolley and our driver/tour guide “Radar (can’t remember her given name)” was very knowledgeable about Savannah’s History. You could tell she was very passionate about her job. Not to mention she drove that Trolley like a boss, navigating those narrow one-way streets, and never hitting anything nor getting lost! She got us to our by sea tour right on time. Our by sea portion was about the Georgia Queen. Our tour guide Gabe was also amazing! His knowledge of the river’s history and some of the imports/exports of Savannah was delivered in an informative yet entertaining manner. His “dad” jokes just added to the whole experience! Food from the grill was great! And the “Surprise” as we passed Fort Jackson was well planned and well executed. 10/10 recommend this tour on you trip to Savannah !
