We didn’t have the greatest tour. I’ve been on another my last trip where I was on edge the entire time and the stories time were very engaging. This time around they seemed very rehearsed and at times she seemed rushed or was hard to hear. It was a larger group so that may have added to it, and there were also many other tour groups around- some from the same company- which made it even more distracting. The first tour we did was with a psychic/paranormal group and I did enjoy that much more although it may have a lot to do with the individual guide. My husband and I also did a carriage ride with a guide who gave fascinating information two night later, and I also recommend that as well. Renee and her horse, Joker, from Savannah Carriage Tours. She was able to clarify some of that fact vs fiction and give us the details on where the ghost “stories” originated based on the actual events. All in all I feel the “Dead of Night” tour may just vary depending on the guide but for us, it was my least enjoyed tour so far.
