My youngest son was real nervous about going up in a helicopter but the entire staff and the pilot made him feel at ease .Our boarding attendant [Marie] was super nice and helpful . We could not have picked a better pilot [Zac] . When we were asked to see our photos that were taken by Marci , I was not pressured into buying them . They were so well taken I ended up buying them all . We will definitely fly with them again on our next trip to the Smokey Mountains .

John was our pilot Marci was our photographer and Raz was our boarding attendant,it was may wife's first flight and it was great we can't wait to go up again

While this wasn't our first helicopter tour this was most certainly the best we've had. Marie was our pilot and she was spectacular!! Throughout our tour she was providing us with knowledge of the area and sights seen. All of the staff were very friendly and professional including our boarding attendant Rasmus. We took the Wears Valley tour and took us over some of the town and a sizeable amount of the mountains, overall this tour took us about 20 minutes. Should we ever be back near Sevierville we will book another flight.
