The meditation experience of a lifetime! Surrounded by nature and the red rocks and with a teacher who is down-to-earth and woo-woo free, you will learn the spiritual significance of the full moon and how to harness her energy to help you better connect with yourself and the sacred.

In addition to being a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor since 2014, your guide, Michele is a 20 year Sedona resident and has taught college math and science courses and geospatial tech for industry leaders. Michele is also an ancestral healing practitioner and ritualist, helping to hold space for the sacred.

You will be in excellent hands.

As the founder of Sedona Meditation Experiences, Michele was the first to bring meditation-based spiritual experiences to Sedona.

Whether you are a total newbie or a seasoned professional, this experience has something for you.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The setting is stunning and Michele is a soothing and beautiful meditation guide. If you are fortunate enough to attend a “Full Moon” meditation I encourage you to do so, if not I’d book any other sessions with Michele in a heartbeat 🙏🏻

Great meditation tonight. Absolutely awesome. Michelle was born to do this work. Her voice is so soothing and she really has a wonderful way of getting everyone no matter whether new or old to meditation in the zone. I’m so grateful we decided to spend our last night in Sedona this way. It was so cool to start the meditation before the moon was out and open our eyes at the end to see the full moon.

Incredible. Michele was in tune with everyone in the group no matter what their experience with meditation. The full moon rose above us in all her glory. The spot for the meditation was perfect. Even my husband, who has never, ever, ever meditated before was moved by the experience. I wish I'd had time to do other meditation experiences with Michele. Next time!!
