I didnt like that they didnt check us in or anything, there was no waiver. they didnt check our id or anything. I would never do this again for the cost and the poor customer service.

Safety is our number one priority and we always check-in our guests as we need their weight for the weight and balance of the helicopter and to be able to escort them past the airport gate where the helipads are. We appreciate your interest, but waivers are not necessary for helicopter rides. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our management team and so we can check to see if you are leaving a review for the correct company.
