Fantastic boat cruise! I have two young children (5 & 3) so swimming with manatees or kayaking wasn’t an option. This boat tour was PERFECT! We saw so many manatees, birds, and even an alligator. The captain was lovely and very knowledgeable. Overall, just a wonderful morning on the water.

Our captain (can't remember her name) was awesome and eplained a lot about the area and history. The weather for our tour was less than ideal, only in the fifties and very windy. We were only able to find a few manatees but our captain was determined to make sure we got to see some. I would take another tour with them if we return to Florida in the future.

You will be traveling on a comfortable open air boat but this is a very low info tour. Expect to see more snorkelers than manatees. A short intro about the bay, ecology, and wildlife would have enriched the trip.

We apologize that this trip did not meet your expectations. Our team always tries to make sure everyone has a good time. Our team is very knowledgeable about the Bay and wildlife. As for seeing more snorkelers that manatees is all dependent on the time of year and the weather. When it starts to warm up our manatees move out and we are left with what we call our resident manatees which is a much lower population that when it is very cold out. We always strive to find manatees out on their own but sometimes we have to go where the swimmers are because that is where the manatees are and the best place to view them. Management would love to speak with you in regard to your experience and make it right.
