The crew was amazing! They took great compassion with my daughter who had anxiety about being in the water with such big animals. They made sure she safely made it back to boat and helped calmed her down and make the best of the situation back at the boat showing her the animals from afar and giving her something to drink and fun facts.

Heather and the captain were fantastic! They did their best to find manatees for us at our 6am trip on March 1st. Heaters on board were great after getting out of the water.

Couldn’t recommend enough!!!! We went out with Shawn and Todd and they were super friendly and informative! They knew exactly where to go for the most manatees with the least amount of people around. Shawn, our guide, did a wonderful job of making sure we had plenty of encounters. We even got to interact with a calf and its mother! We were freezing after getting out of the water so the heaters and hot chocolate/coffee waiting on the boat when we got out of the water which made such a big difference. They also sent us the pictures as soon as we got back from the boat, Shawn got so many, we can’t wait to frame them when we get home! If you’re on the fence on which tour to go with, absolutely choose this one!!! You won’t regret it, we couldn’t be happier with our experience!
