Experience was great and Giggles and Ryan were both fantastic. They did a great job finding and allowing our party adequate time to view and enjoy a beautiful day and experience.

The guide (giggles) and Captain Mike really knew where to find manatees! You can tell the manatees love Leah because they didn’t want her to go back in the boat. It was so nice to have a heated boat with hot chocolate because it was cold when we went out. They put up with my granddaughter who was having fears.

Very friendly staff. The staff love what they are doing. They know where to find the manatees and how to treat them with respect. Gift shop caters to manatees. Available to purchase are T-shirts, stuffed animals, and various other artwork. We had Giggles (Leah) as our swim guide and Ryan as our sea captain. Both of them explained the life of a manatee and any questions we asked. Crystal Bay has a beautiful waterfront with gorgeous homes along the shore. We took the 1:45 pm tour and saw at least 25 + manatees. Once our head was underwater you did not have to look too far to spot another manatee. Awesome way to spend the day taking in nature at its best.
