Quite a bit of confusion as where to find pickup point, different directions from officials. The long walk probably would not be good for some elderly or people with extra luggage. But it was a pretty walk. All was sorted out and had a very nice ride to hotel viewing parts of downtown and the driver pointing out some highlights.

after arriving on a delayed flight 3 1/2 hours late the last thing i wanted to do was wait over an hour to be placed on a shuttle to waikiki . the shuttle was not speedie they were disorganised at the airport and the shuttles were coming from the domestic terminal only to pick up a few passengers that would fit at a time
the pick up from our hotel was much better although we were ready early (lucky we were) the shuttle also turned up 20minutes early too
