Upon departure, you will be picked up from your door and transported comfortably back to the airport.

The pick-up at the airport was superb. The return from the cruise ship left a little to be desired. For some reason, we had been bumped to a later pickup (even though we confirmed our schedule) and ended up waiting almost an hour in the sun for another shuttle. Things happen, but it would have been nice to receive a phone call to inform us of the delay.

Not reliable with pick up times. 20 minutes late with hotel pick up to airport!! That is not good even if you are planning to be early!

We are happy with the transportation part and there was very little waiting.
we just wish that you have provide us a local contact number to call you from the hotel.
On my ticket you had provide us a local contact 1-808-242-7777. Our hotel end up charching us for long distance $4.88 per call , we later found out that you have given me a Maui number to call.Our ride was to a Honalulu hotel. We end up paying close to $10.00 long distance when we phone to confirm our ride back to the airport. A local call should mean a local call.
