Your guide will tell you about the marine life you encounter. Your boat is equipped with dolphin and whale information, fun facts and photos of recent sightings. The tours are two hours and are great for families, couples, private parties and corporate events. I'm cheap and felt like the cost was expensive, but the boat ride itself make it worth the cost. We went out and got to see a few dolphins right at the end of our 1st trip, so the company was kind enough to give us tickets to ride again. The second time we saw a few more halfway through the ride and again were given tickets to ride again. The 3rd ride we hit the motherload and ran into a pod of about 40-50 dolphins and it was such an fantastic experience. Each time the dolphins were excited to see the boat and came up to swim next to us. The staff was awesome and I will definitely ride wth them every time I'm in San Diego. Great customer service will always win my business. Thank you very much Oceanside Adventures. We had such a great time spending part of our vacation with you.

The captain and staff were all fantastic. We did not see whales on our trip out BUT we did come across a pod of what must of been over 1000 dolphins. It was truly incredible and unforgettable!

Although these types of cruises can be hit or miss, this one was excellent! We saw and intermingled with a pod of common dolphins that the captain estimated to number 200. Later saw a couple of bottleneck dolphins. We spent about 20 minutes watching a humpback whale, that actually came quite close to the boat. Also spotted a few sting rays. The crew was great at find these sites for us and provided a lot of information during the sightings. The boar was in excellent condition of us tourists!
