Seriously one of the best “tours” of any kind! It was a small group so everyone had a “first row!” I had a 4yo and a 1.5 year old and it was so nice because they were able to be right on the edge and see, but I still felt safe letting them because the sides were tall enough to keep them from falling in. When the captain saw a group of dolphins, he caught up with them (even though it was off course) so we could get close enough to have them surrounding the boat. We were close enough I felt like you could touch them! I saw some of the other double decker whale watching boats and it looked so crowded, and so enclosed you might as well just watch it on tv.

The tour was great! The employees and captain were great! We saw part of a whale and dozens of dolphins. The boat was well shaded and had reasonably priced snacks and drinks. The crew bent over backwards to make it as fun and educational as possible. The parking was horrible. The only parking close to the location is boat slip only or 2 hour parking. I had to park almost a mile away and pay $15 for the till 8PM parking. My daughter had a broken toe so I had to carry her for a mile just to get there on time for boat departure. I would suggest coming an hour or more before your departure time to get anything close to reasonable parking.

We appreciate your positive rating. It’s always appreciated and gratifying when we receive positive marks from our customers. We are so sorry you had parking issues. We do suggest to check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise. During the summer months especially when there is a special event taking place parking can be limited. There is acres of free parking through the Blue Tunnel located near Joe's Crab Shack. If the front entrance is blocked off we recommend entering from Carmelo Street (the back entrance). We also have a convenient drop off area near our kiosk. Please always call our ticket office at 760-277-3737 if you are having issues so they can assist you further. Thank you for your feedback.

My family and I went on their 2 hour whale and dolphin sightseeing tour. The crew was nice and the boat is clean. I wasn’t expecting to see any sea life, except sealions, but we got to see a large pod of dolphins and they even interacted with us a bit. It was such an amazing sight and my kids loved it. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
