After a very shaky start which ended up with me rescheduling it was a happy ending. The pick was good as was the pick up for the return journey. The driver of the shuttle was a delightful fellow and made our trips there and back very interesting. Thank you. Regards Yvonne

Wish I could give no stars. Had a tour booked today , paid the money. We have confirmation to the email they sent .. Woke up today to be at bus stop at 10am . Get an email to say it was cancelled and we have been refunded. ( ruined our whole day) We rang them up to ask what was going on , rude lady on phone said because we didn't reply to which we said we did , then she lies and says they sent w second confirmation by email to us at 630pm , Really?????? So you close at 5pm but you sent a second confirmation at 630pm is that right????? Then she said they were cancelling because their bus was in dis repair , do you only have 1 bus for the whole company ?????Guys if you want to go on a tour don't use Memory Shuttle &tours, your booking can be cancelled at the 11hour. Use Aloha tours or any other reputable company. That we you won't have your day ruined with lies and no courtesy .

Aloha George, We apologize for the inconvenience of cancellation. We are a small family company with 4 drivers and a few busses and we do our best to always accommodate our guests. When you rang our staff attempted to offer you an alternative but was met with yelling, swearing and threats. We do not tolerate this behavior towards our staff and beacuse of this we did not rebook you.

Booking the shuttle for the Waikele Outlets was super easy, the information was very clear and the confirmation quick. The staff on the day were lovely, friendly and really helpful. Would certainly use these guys again.
