We waited for 30 minutes for our tour guide, who never showed up. Trying to get in touch with the company was extremely hard. Once I finally did, the company tried calling the tour guide with no luck. The lack of communication was terrible. I would not recommend this tour or company to anyone.

We were there, and you didn’t let any of the staff at the meeting point know you were there and then you left. This is not a review but rather a complaint. We also checked with the cameras and you showed up late to the tour. We have put in some extra measures to be sure our guests are sent to the back if they show up late. My apologies.

Sip 'n' Shop Charleston is a cute concept, with a few caveats. They provide options for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options for attendees which is great, but be aware the non-alcoholic option is just no drink... not even a mocktail or non-alcoholic option. Furthermore, while the shops are cute, they are not very size-inclusive; at one stop, the largest size we saw was an 8. With this being the case, we didn't really have the opportunity to use the discount making the cost of the ticket not seem worth it. All of that being said, our host Jane was very sweet and knowledgeable about the area. This was not a bad experience by any means, but just be aware of these issues before buying a ticket.

Thank you for taking the tour! Yes, we do have a non-drinking ticket that is half the the cost of the drinking ticket. It’s called a “non-drinking” ticket because you don’t get drinks. If you you pay for a drinking ticket, but cannot have alcohol, we have done mock tails for our guests. You just have to let us know. We can’t control the sizes the boutiques carry and we are unaware of any boutiques on King St. that sell plus sizes. We are constantly looking for plus size boutiques to add to the tour. Also, several of our stores carry x-large and up to size 10-12. I know this to be true because I created the tour! We also have a jewelry store and a cosmetics store so there are shopping options for all shapes and sizes. Come to Savannah and take the tour, we have up to 3-X on that tour! Again, thanks for taking the tour and the feedback.

Very enjoyable but shops we stopped at had no plus sizes which was disappointing. Not everyone is a size 6. The guide was fabulous!
