This museum is all about military history on a personal level and is a collection of military artifacts that I started collecting over 40 years ago. We own many items but the select items we feature in this museum are ones with a story to tell. When our visitors leave the museum, it is our hope that they will have a new found attachment to the individuals who wore the uniforms, hats and medals.

Webb Military Museum

Located in Historic Downtown Savannah, Webb Military Museum features military artifacts from the American Civil War to Desert Storm. Original uniforms, headgear, and equipment are displayed in a walk-through setting. The museum honors our servicemen from all wars and branches. Many of the displays contain named groupings of servicemen highlighting their stories of service. A visit to Webb Military Museum will certainly bring back one’s love of history and the realization of how much we owe to our men and women in uniform. ACTIVE MILITARY ARE FREE!

We are visiting Savannah from New Jersey and had an amazing time here today! The owner is so knowledgeable and taught us a lot. He has so many cool things to see in this museum. It is definitely a MUST SEE if you are in Savannah! He even gave me a beautiful necklace to take home with me and I am never taking it off! We stayed an extra hour or so just to chat with him, and he even popped a bottle of champagne for us with a sword and let us keep the cork as a souvenir. Definitely stop by, you won’t regret it!

We heard of this place from the Wright sq antique store owner and it was the best recommendation ive ever gotten. The owner is the nicest dude on the planet and very knowledgeable. As we went through the museum he would occasionally swing by to give us some context about the items in an interesting and engaging way. At the end we told him that we were there for our birthdays and he took us out front to open a bottle of champagne with an old bayonet and we got to keep the cork. Even after we were done we found ourselves talking with him until our parking meter ran out. The experience was well worth the small entrance fee.

We had such an amazing time!! This is a private collection that is being gifted to us all. The quality of the pieces were unbelievable. Mr Webb was so lovely!! It was such a treat to hear his family legacy that he so graciously shares with the public. My 13 year old daughter who is a history nut fell in love with this museum. Mr Webb was so kind to share his knowledge with my kids. He went above and beyond to point out different must sees. He even went above and beyond and gifted me with authentic medals that my grandfather was awarded during his time serving in the Air Force. I would have never been able to find these authentic medals myself. And it was such a blessing that Mr Webb was so kind! These medals mean more than he will ever know. This is a MUST SEE if you’re in the Savannah area!!
