I am really disappointed in this company. I set this trip up for my folks and when they became ill, I contacted the folks at skunk train for a refund 2 weeks in advance. this was two weeks before the train leaves the station. Also note that if your not there 10 mins before hand your seats can be given away to pepole on stand by. This tells me they have no problems filling the train with customers. So why the no refund policy? Clearly they don't care what reason you have to cancel, they just want the money. And to beat all when canceling i was charged a fee of 25.00 now this would be fine if they refunded me my money, but no it's a credit for a train ride that my folk will never go on now. sure you can by murch from there online store why. And the train ride is totally half of what it use to be. If you plan on this train ride make sure you buy your tickets there cause there are NO refunds......
