This was a great excursion for the end of the day. We had a group of 13 for 5p, I’m sure this helped a lot also. We had a shuttle with some Alaska info. Made it to the camp and instantly boarded your wheeled sled and off we went. The dogs were going crazy when we arrived. The musher told us some info on the ride that lasted about 10-15 mins. Then we learned about Iditarod. Then it was the highlight of my family’s excursion, the puppies. We were able to hold the puppies for about 20 mins passing the 2 around. This were group size probably helped. It was definitely worth the price. The only drawback was the smell. If you’re prone to dog poo and pee then you will definitely notice. (But this really isn’t a drawback, it’s life). Families with youngsters will definitely enjoy this.
