My husband and I did the Big Island tour going to Volcano National Park, the Kona Coffee Farm, Punalu'u Bakery for lunch, and the Punalu'u Black Sand Beach Park where we saw over a dozen sea turtles on the beach. Our guide Kate, could not have been better. She filled us with historical, geographical, and other educational details along with sharing interesting Hawaiian stories and legends. She was also an excellent driver, getting in and out of tight parking areas at the attractions. We had a rainy windy day and had brought rain jackets which were a necessity although they sell ponchos at the Volcano National Park Visitors Center for around $6.00 as I recall. We were able to walk through the Thurston Lava Tube and see the glow of Kilauea. The tour exceeded our expectations. Thanks, Kate
