White mountain trail ride:
The area where the ride happens is beautiful, you see stunning rock formations. But… if you can ride well, have experience or own a horse, I’d say pass this opportunity and do it by foot. The pace is extremely slow, partly because of the terrain but also to accommodate beginners. Our wranglers didn’t ask us what level riding we were, assigned us horses purely by our looks, didn’t allow us to handle the horses autonomously even though we reassured them that we knew what we were doing (they kindly told us not to get on/off by our own, not to ride side by side etc.). The rigidity of the whole thing made it feel a bit boring and we felt like children. A pity there wasn’t a more challenging option. If you can, I’d recommend doing a ride at the Zion Mountain Trail, they will definitely let you trot and gallop if you’re up for it and the horses are in better condition.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your feedback. Our guests feedback is a a part of how we do business. East Zion Adventures tries to accommodate all of our guests. But the safety of each and everyone of our guests needs to be considered in all situations. As well as the safety of our staff and horses. While our policy may seem a bit ridged it is in place for the safety of all.
We hope you can understand.
