In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience! We also have a cooler stocked with ice, so feel free to bring any other snacks or drinks.

Three of us on a short 5 night stay in Key Largo. We so longed to be out in the water but put it off knowing the larger tours just aren’t our thing. Then we spotted Dolphins Plus Bayside and small boat eco tours. We dialed 305-394-7422 and actually spoke to a lovely woman who happened to be the business owner. Twenty minutes later we found Captain Russ at the meeting place under the canopy. The Captain is a kind fun loving guy who knows the lay of the land, the waters, and has a visceral appreciation for the balance between nature and man. He’s also a salty character ( I know he’d want us to say that/ yes it’s true). Our 2 hour tour included respectful viewing of Manatee, the Everglades, canals, red mangrove education, we saw nurse shark, snook needlefish, parrot fish, fossilized coral and so much more. We laughed, oooed and ahhhed in this very down to earth experience. When the tour concluded the Captain shared great recommendations for excellent affordable quality dining and touring options.
