This area does not appear to be a very good site for seeing much wildlife. Of the 90 minute trip, most was spent on open water getting to and from the channels where manatees are apparently spotted. We saw none nor any dolphins - only a few herons and a beached crocodile near someone’s boat hoist.
Our guide was friendly and professional, and knew the area, but not a naturalist. I do not fault him for the lack of wildlife - I just don’t think this area is as rich as some others. It was a nice afternoon boat ride in a pleasant setting.

We have tons of wildlife here in Key Largo! Crocodiles are very elusive and its not every day people get to see one! We try to cover as much area as we can in your 90 minute trip find as much wildlife as we can. Unfortunately, We cannot control where the wildlife goes on a daily basis and there is so much more area for them to travel than a 90 minute trip can cover. We appreciate your feedback.
