Not happy with the NEW vans YOU boasted about. Very hard to get in and out of especially for us in the last row. We saw alot of other vans, that had a door similar to a school bus that would have been more accessible. Ours had a sliding door that wasn't easy to maneuver. The aisle was about seven inches wide and you had to bend over to slide in and out. I asked the driver if she had a microphone and she said she forgot to put it on, so she did, but after the next stop, she left it off again. Being in the back seat, we heard almost nothing.

Aloha Dorene Unfortunately, I cannot control the way Mercedes makes their Sprinter vans. We actually spent $5000 per van to add the luxury coach seats in the last row with ample leg room and reclining seats. Most of our guests prefer the row. You are the first guests that has ever made a complaint about the van. My sincerest apologies you did not find it enjoyable. I have already spoken to Val that she is required to always use the headset. I was not aware she was not using it. I greatly appreciate the feedback. I hope your time on Maui was a wonderful experience. We truly appreciate you and your business! PS: I did speak with Valerie and she mentioned she offered you more than once to join her up front in the passenger seat, but you declined.
