SMALL GROUP/ SHARED WINE TOUR. This is not your typical wine tour. We offer private access to ultra small production, family wineries, estates and vineyard properties typically not open to the general public. Shared group wine tour is a maximum of 6-7 guests. Taste limited release wines at all private property locations, walk the vineyards and tour barrel rooms often with the owners or winemakers themselves at their private vineyard homes. Perfect for couples or small groups! No crowded commercial wineries or tasting rooms. All seated private area tastings.

My wife and I went on the small group wine tour during our honeymoon in Santa Barbara. It was an amazing experience going to smaller private wineries and vineyards and learning about the wine making process from such passionate wine makers. Not to mention tasting fantastic wines most people don’t get access to. Our tour guide Scott was also very knowledgeable and accommodating and made the day very enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour if you’re in the Santa Barbara area and are looking for a great day of wine tasting.

Serene vistas behind gated entrances. Exclusive access to small, family owned and operated wineries with a personalized feeling that was curated from the moment we stepped into the luxury coach. The other people on the tour became our fast friends that enhanced our day. My husband and I have been to many a wine tasting in Northern California and in Santa Barbara and Sustainable Wine Tours sets the bar incredibly high and exceeded any expectations that I had. How wonderful it was to meet the owners and workers behind all that goes into the 750 ml bottle of love. The experience of talking directly to the people who know the land, cultivate the grapes, and make the wine simply cannot be matched elsewhere. Well done Scott. From curating the fleet, the snacks, the music, the scenery out the window while driving in the Santa Ynez Valley…I will be back with friends next time.

We loved this unique, small winery tour! It’s much more personal than the big commercialized wineries and we had an absolute blast! Our driver Paul was amazing and so helpful.
