My wife and I booked with them through Trip Advisor and the day before the excursion they called us to cancel because according to them they had no available spaces, when I made the claim that at the time of booking it was available and they sent me an email confirming The date tells me that since we booked through a third party (trip advisor) and not directly with them, it did not reflect that the itinerary was full for that day and they call me a day before to let us know, when I ask them what other option they give me, He tells me that he could only take us to the Grand Canyon I told him we had already gone on several occasions that I was only interested in those of Sedona Red Rock and he told me that the only thing he could do was a full money refund, they are irresponsible, I will not book with them again

We appreciate your feedback. All of our tours require a guest minimum to operate, as stated on Tripadvisor. We often receive last minute bookings, so that is why we wait to let you know if the tour is a go or not. We do everything we can to switch your date or offer a different tour in the event that the original tour doesn't run.
