Take a day trip from San Francisco to Yosemite National Park, described as the crown jewel of the country's many splendid national parks. You will be guided on a coach tour to highlights such as Bridalveil Falls, Tunnel View, El Capitan, and Yosemite Falls, with a stop for a 1-mile (1.6-km) walk into a grove of giant sequoias*.

Our vans only take 15 passengers, so we are able to stop at more places with less time for loading and unloading of passengers.

*weather permitting, and the hike is not recommended for people with health issues

The trip is accessible for most of the tour. However, at the end of the day, we go on a hike to see the giant sequoias. This is NOT advised for people with back, heart or knee problems. It is also not wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, this is only way to see the sequoias.
There is a possibility that the Giant Sequoia hike will not be available due to winter weather conditions.

Phil filled the journey time with his witty repartee and lots of information and was clear with instructions on safety and it was well worth the journey for such stunning scenery, El Capitain stole the show for me, absolutely magnificent

My partner and I had the best day on this day trip from San Francisco. We had a fantastic host, Calder, who made the experience even better. My partner ended up popping the question on the trip which I was so surprised with! On the way back, Calder surprised ourselves and the rest of the group with a bottle of champagne which we open and celebrated with in a parking lot - another rememberable moment! The whole day was incredible, the park is something else. So much to see in the one day but would highly recommend this tour if you want a taste of what there is at the park.

This was one of the most amazing guided tours I have ever experienced. Wonderfully organized, this tour provides the perfect amount of time at each of the selected stops. I contemplated creating a self-led multiple day experience versus selecting this guided one-day tour and am so glad I went this route eliminating all the planning I would have had to do and not knowing all the ideal spots. Phil was an amazing, kind, funny, and entertaining guide providing ample of fun facts and history about San Francisco, the Bay Area, and the National Park. He’s also a great driver and we felt safe along the entire route. We would highly recommend this tour with Best Bay Area Tours. They really care about creating a once in a lifetime experience for every guest!!
