The tour was too hard to navigate. I had to enter my code every time I got out of the browser. Also, it would be helpful if the directions said north or south, east or west because we kept turning the wrong way.

Thank you for your feedback. We value the thoughts as we are constantly working to improve our tour experience. We’re sorry that you had challenges navigating our tour in Cincinnati. We like your suggestion of adding cardinal directions to our landmark based navigation, and we are also looking at making both our Google Maps button and our “Need Help?” button more prominent. You were actually the first person to use our new direct access system from Trip Advisor, and our head of technology has already identified the glitch that caused you to not be immediately taken back to the tour after closing your browser. This tour was perfect for exploring the city. The website was super easy to use and we learned a lot from our tour!

I've lived in Cincinnat a long time and was pleasantly surprised how much more I found out about the city taking this tour. I don't like walking just to walk, so this was a great way to get some exercise and learn some things at the same time. I was a bit worried at first that it would be too tiring, because after having two knee replacements, I've never gotten quite back to full strength, but I didn't have any problems. There are plenty of spots along the way to sit and rest if needed. I'd highly recommend if you have visitors in town or if you just want to get out in nice weather.
