We visited the museum on Dec. 30, which turned out to be a very crowded day, which definitely affected our enjoyment of the visit. There are two tours available, the astronaut training facility tour, and the mission control centre tour. We were hoping to do the mission control centre tour, but the wait for that was over 2 hours. The astronaut training tram tour wait was about an hour, so we did that. It was well worth it, especially viewing the apollo rocket at rocket park. The main museum has some nice exhibits, but the crowds in the place made it difficult to enjoy them. There were lines for everything. We couldn't see the independence shuttle exhibit, because the line for that was ridiculously long. Would like to go back on a less crowded day.
