In short they shove in as many people as they can and do not have availability for that number of people for the tram tours. You wait in a long line to get to the front desk to make a tour reservation, only for them to tell you to get an app that doesn’t work and check that for the next availability. Then if you want to try to do both tours, you have to freaking go cancel the reservation for the tour you just did because it won’t let you reserve anything otherwise!!! Who would’ve known to do that?! I thought it would clear since we just finished the tour. Also the “tour guide” had no enthusiasm or storytelling ability at all. She was reading off a script as fast as she could. Its a long line for everything and for people that came out of town, it’s a huge disappointment. I knew I never liked Houston. Lol

dont book the 2 pm tickets, it all closes up at 3 what a joke. only one thing worth seeing is the shuttle but you cant even see the flight deck

The space center wouldn’t recognize the tickets issued by TripAdvisor. The ticket barcode scanner at the entrance always read “unknown ticket” and the space center personnel had to intervene to check the authenticity of the tickets to let us enter. I don’t think they were able to establish the authenticity, but let us in anyways. I was left to wonder if TripAdvisor tickets are genuine or not.
