The only thing memorable was how terrible this tour was! Candy, our guide, was a horrible story teller, and we could hardly hear her. We were sold a “pub crawl” that was to have 4 stops, we had 2 opportunities to get drinks inside only 2 places. The other two, we stood outside , across the street and she told us dumb, inaccurate stories. Her stories even differed from the companies own website, information on display in some of the bars, and stories some of the employees actually told us. It was supposed to be a 2 hour tour, but ours ended in an hour. Save yourself the $30 and don’t use this company!

This goes against the standard we set at our company and is completely intolerable. After reviewing the feedback we received on this particular guide, we will make sure there is a change before any future tours to ensure improvement. The scripts we provide our guides are historically accurate, and the fact you did not even receive that is extremely unfortunate. To make up for this, we would like to offer you free tickets to use in any of our cities, without expiration, in hopes of giving you a much better experience.

Terrible tour and waste of money. The guide had no enthusiasm. She spoke very quietly and the stories were cheesy.

Candy was our tour guide and she was terrible. Not a storyteller by any means. Her stories were boring, they had no details and they weren't even accurate. We looked up the stories afterward and she had the details completely wrong. This "pub crawl" only had two opportunities to get drinks so that was disappointing. I've been to several ghist tours in different cities and this was the worst. I was embarrassed for her and for my group of 16 friends who all felt like they wasted thirty dollars. It was one hour. Super lame! I'm still mad about it the next morning. Candy needs training or a different job.

This is completely unacceptable and I am very sorry to hear about this experience. Our guides are given a historically accurate script with scheduled stops. The guide giving you a different retelling than what we expect is not tolerated. We assure you that this matter will be addressed and we will review what needs to be changed in order to prevent this from happening again. To make up for this, we would like to offer you free tickets to use in any of our cities, without expiration, in hopes of giving you a much better experience.
