I was waiting for the tour guide he never show up I said give me my money back. I'm waiting for 1 hour nobody show up,I cancel the tour

honestly, i’m sure Mark is a nice guy. But, he shouldn’t be doing guided tours of the city by any stretch. I didn’t get any facts or history about the city. Was on the tour with 3 other people, and they all felt the same. We rushed through intersections, briefly stopped at some locations, and all the while in silence. we would occasionally get facts like “this is soldiers memorial. so, there’s that.” again, i’m sure that he’s a nice guy outside of this industry. and i don’t mean this to speak negatively about him. but, paying +$140/person for someone to walk around the city with, and not be guided at all? i’d say save your money and walk around the city yourself. and this is coming from someone who is very pro-guided tours.

Melissa was a fantastic host/guide, very informative, polite and considerate. Our group was only 2 couples, so she could get to know us. I would highly recommend this tour for someone visiting St Louis for the first time. We were able to negotiate downtown St Louis on our own afterwards .
