With the smooth jazz, the walnut woods and the intimate atmosphere with each group at its own table, it felt very 1920s elegant. Compared to the large, crowded boats, this is a special experience. No narration. If you are looking for an educational experience, this is not for you. By my measure, I would rather read about the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island beforehand and enjoy the sights and ambiance of this cruise. We had a nice view of Manhattan and came close to the Statue. Great photo ops. Everyone could easily see unobstructed views. Even during the rain, this would be a better option than others.
