This tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly

Our tour guide Vivian wouldn't talk to us before or during our walk to Security, and then somehow, we never met her after we went through security. We met one of the other members of the group on Liberty Island, and it appears all she did was give a little background speech then told them to look around by themselves. I am glad we didn't follow her. Definitely not worth the money we paid for the tour.

The guide, Leann, was absolutely fantastic. I have been at the Statue before, but Leann gave so much information. It was such a better experience. It was a hot and humid day with large crowds, but she made it so fun that you really didn’t mind standing in the lines for the ferries.

There is such a disconnect between Viator and the local tour operators. I paid a lot of money for a lot of attractions but only received a ferry ride. I did NOT receive the guided tour but I paid for it! I did NOT receive entry and admission into the Statue of Liberty but I paid for it! I did NOT receive entry and admission into the Ellis Island museum but I paid for it! I received tickets for a 5:30pm entry and admission into the 911 museum which closes at 5:30pm. The local operator stated that some the items listed below aren’t even offered by them. Viator is falsely advertising what the local operators offer but scamming us out of our money. I am still waiting on a refund. This is similar to my experience in Washington, D.C. with Viator.
