This tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly

Issues include almost guide less tour of state if liberty. Got 2 minutes of facts and only 30 minutes to explore. We needed an hr at minimum. Likewise with Ellis Island where here we got an hour but most of exhibits are closed. Finally need a refund on tickets to 9/11 museum. They were for 4 and tour ended at 1:30. Very disappointing.

Our tour was the absolute worst experience of our lives. We have used viator in the past but this was terrible. We had 60+ people on our tour our guide was amazing but she wasn’t able to keep track of everyone. We were lost in the shuffle and missed the entire experience and we were stuck on Ellis island for over an hour and missed the guided walk to 911. We were exhausted by the time we got back to battery park and didn’t even get to 911. I should get a refund of some sort. We could have bought our own tickets and saved $200+. Our guide even said this was to many people for her to keep track of and we should complain.

It was a great tour! Getting through security takes a while and as a result’s cuts into the amount of time spent at each attraction, not a fault of our guide. He communicated well with the group on when we needed to meet up again. At the end he took extra time to show us a few extra sights as we headed to our final sight. All in all, it was a great experience once again!
