Worst tour ever. The tour started late. The tour guide was not booked so someone else gave the tour (they didn’t return that part$), the “guide” was in a hurry because of another group so he left us all alone. Never arrived to the checkpoint and after 45 minutes of wait and a call to headquarters, when finally arrived (not the checkpoint) refused to give us the tickets and when discussed, decided to leave us hanging. We paid triple the cost for a third of the service. We are still waiting for headquarters to reach back but ya’ll aren’t gonna do squat. Maybe this is the American way, I DK. I have all the footage and recordings to back up our experience and claims also known as facts. Cesar, dearest precious and most expensive useless, passive aggressive, manipulative ”tour guide”, you are unpleasant and unprofessional. DO YA’LL’S A FAVOR, KEEP SCROLLING FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Terrible experience. We were scammed of 200$. The tour guide showed up gave us tickets to Statue of Liberty said that we booked the tour last minute and therefore he couldn’t come with us but we will get some refund. Then when we tried to claim the refund he lied that we were half an hour late. Luckily we could show from google maps out whereabouts of that day. Dispute still open with viator. Avoid at all cost, you do not want this BS on your holiday.

Worst experience ever! We were scammed basically. Booked this tour last minute and our payment went through fine. We arrived at the meeting point at 12:42 almost 20 mins before the activity. We were met there by Cesar our tour operator who informed us that because we booked last minute they could not provide us with a your guide all the way. He also aaid it was late to do both Ellis Island and the 9-11 memorial and we should choose. We said we paid nearly 300$ for this tour and they are basically just giving us tickets to the statue of liberty worth 50 bucks. He said we will PROBABLY get a refund and … we believed him. Today we requested the refund and it was rejected because we were according to him late. He said we arrived at 13:32! Google though can show our exact movement of the day. So we still have an open dispute with them via the viator. Anyway AVOID AT ALL COST! This BS is not worth it during your holiday!
