Nice guide, but the tour is unnecessary. Just buy a ferry ticket and go on your own. Once you buy a ferry ticket, you have access to liberty island and ellis island/the museum and the return ferries. Also, our guide was soft spoken and we didn’t hear a word she said. Tour essentially ended at Liberty Island, she was not a part of the Ellis Island tour at all.
