Our tour was great! Was a little unsure ahead of time how crowded the boat would be, but the tickets had sold out and there was ample space for everyone. All of the seats were definitely taken, but we were by no means on top of each other and everyone had room to move freely around the boat. Our crew Alexio, Eliza, and Kanoa (really hope I spelled their names right!) were genuinely amazing - they made the experience so fun and breezy and not an uptight, tourist-y procession. Eliza made the BEST $8 mai tai ever, and Alexio and Kanoa were so friendly to talk to as we sailed! They had warned us ahead of time about potential sea sickness but we had no issues with that despite the current being strong that day and the sea being choppy, I think it was because the catamaran sailed into the waves so we were going up and down on the water instead of being rocked side to side by the waters. It was really smart thinking by the captain. The boat had floatation belts and life jackets ready for anyone who wanted them to swim and they made sure no swimmer drank before getting in the water. Overall, it was a great experience where we felt safe and looked after but not in a strict way, the views were amazing (we saw a sea turtle and a monk seal) and sailing these waters was so refreshing, and the price was really good! Highly recommend this tour through Pink Sails.
