The tour operator— Troy— outstanding and a wealth of knowledge. I left the tour understanding the impact sailing has on Newport and it’s economy.

The whole trip was fun, the ride was smooth, excellent captain, good snacks, it was nice that you offered non alcoholic and diet beverages, delicious sodas. The Stuffy was good. The guide was knowledgeable. The guide should explained at the beginning where the bathroom was located and the policies regarding the bathroom. There are people of all ages and abilities on the boat so this should be dealt with upfront and in a straightforward manner.

Hi Heidi, We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our cruise and all that we offer. We let all the guests know at the ticket booth that we have a bathroom or "marine head" onboard the boat for any urgent use and ask that guests use the shore facilities before and after the trip if needed. I apologize if you were uncertain about the restroom situation. There is indeed a bathroom onboard.
