I booked this transportation for 9 am disembarking a cruise ship. The day before the trip I was told a driver would be in contact with me with a phone number. I messaged several times and never got a response. At 9 we got off of the boat and still, nothing. At 9:10, I finally got a phone call, but at that point had already ordered an Uber as I didn’t know if anyone was showing up. During that phone call, she proceeded to tell me that my reservation was at 9:40. I texted screenshots that proved that was not the case. I explained my frustration with zero communication and she hung up on me. Amex reversed the charge she then tried to charge after I sent all of the communication screenshots!
