The staff was great and very informative. Speakers need upgrading as most couldn’t hear. The tour was suppose to last 1 hr 45 minutes and only lasted 1 hour. Parking is not good!

great little tour of the bay. The captain and crew were friendly and helpful. We saw a pod of dolphins which was the highlight

I enjoyed the trip and the captain was very informative. I asked the travel agent if I could pay at the dock and he lied and told me no. And he never said anything about a senior discount that I could have got. The other problem is that there is no parking anywhere. We miss our 2:30 tour and had to reschedule for 4:30. I still give the tour 5 stars. I give the travel agent a 2 stars because of the direct lie he told.
