Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Seating goes according to weight and balance. Weight maximum is 250 pounds per person. Passengers are weighed at our facility and passengers weighing over the weight limit are required to purchase an additional seat or will forfeit their flight.
Helicopter seats 6 passengers and 1 pilot. All tours are shared with other passengers. All 6 seats must be purchased for a private tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative time or date.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
Passengers must arrive 1 hour prior to scheduled flight time with Identification. It is strongly advised to arrive prior to check in time to avoid being charged late fee *** ***LATE FEE PRICES*** Passengers failing to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $50.00 per person late fee. Passengers arriving 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $100.00 per person late fee.
New York Helicopter has the right to cancel, change or delay any flight any time for any reason, which includes weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions implemented by the FAA, minimum number of passengers not met for tour, helicopter maintenance and all other circumstances outside of our control.
$50.00 heliport/fuel fee per person (must be paid on site on travel date)
$50.00 heliport/fuel fee for children under the age of 2 (must be paid on site on travel date)

Too Short for what we paid , also if you are in Manhattan , we need a cab which is more 130$ . So all together it’s not worth.

The tour that You booked is 15 minutes and that is exactly what you got, as for ground Transportation it's up to the customer to choose either path train or taxi.

Helicopter tour of Manhattan was brilliant our lady pilot was great too, well worth the money and taxi fare out to pick up the helicopter.

So I paid 300 dollars for me and my partner to fly at 12 o’clock midday. We were waiting in the waiting room over an hour and half and finally took off at 1:50. We have missed our other excursion that was booked for 2 o’clock so are now down 150 dollars. You are quick to mention how much we will be fined if we are late. However you are over an hour and half late whilst I’m on my dream holiday with limited days to explore surely there should be retribution. If I’m paying 300 dollars I expect everything to be on time and could forgive 30 mins but 2 whole hours late isn’t good enough. The flight and pilot were great but the experience before and after were a shambles.

We apologize for any inconvenience, as for your flight tour it was between 12-1pm. We do advise customers to be at the heliport 45min before their flight in order to check in. Sometimes things are out of our control just like an airport where you may have to wait a bit longer than anticipated.
