Denny is an awesome pilot! His crew works hard and it was interesting to watch them work to get the balloon inflated and ready in the morning and then help land us safely at the end. Denny told great stories about the history of ballooning and the Temecula Valley. Our flight was over an hour and it was a gorgeous morning -full of blue skies and hot air balloons. The champagne toast is a wonderful way to finish the adventure. And you get a certificate that gives you 2-for-1 deals at some wineries! There are 2 reasons this isn't a 5-star review. The first is the hospitality woman at the beginning. She was rushed and rude and had me worried. Fortunately, once you're in the balloon, she goes away and everything is great. So don't let her ruin your morning, you'll have a great time! My final comment is that when we booked the flight through the TripAdvisor link, it sent us to a 3rd party vendor and my credit card info got hacked. Book directly through Amazing Adventures and save yourself some trouble.

My wife and i went for our 12th anniversary and it was an amazing memory for us. Pilot Denni was incredible, knowledgeable and funny. Perfect experience
