Well organized, from the check in all the way to flight! Pilot was friendly as well as the shuttle driver! We will be returning with Family soon! The views were amazing! Thank you.

It was a nice experience, but just expected more based on description. There was no breakfast, but snacks (slim jim, nuts, oat bar).

Thank you for your review, Laura. Ever since Covid, we've been asked to limit or eliminate our food offerings by the Riverside County Health Department. Most of our competitors have removed food service altogether. We don't want the champagne to go to anyone's head! As accurately written in our listing description, our package includes champagne, juice, mimosas, individually wrapped breakfast items, free souvenir pictures, a commemorative flight certificate, two for one wine tasting, and other discounts to 6 local Temecula wineries. I am not sure where the difference in your expectations originated but I triple-checked our Viator listing and it is accurate. I am sorry the assortment of individually wrapped breakfast items weren't to your liking.

Nothing was .memorable ..we levitated in the same location for 45 mins..then landed..all the while..the balloons around us were climbing higher and higher and actually flying over some vineyards..bummer

Two separate guests from the same flight on the same day write two very different reviews! One a 5-star review, one a 1-star review. It just goes to show how subjective this business can be and how different people view life! My job is to make sure that our flight operations are conducted safely and that we provide everything we promise with professionalism and courtesy. Our pilots have electronic tracking of all flights that show how high, low, how long and where the balloon flew, from point A to point B. We launched from the Ponte winery, flew over grapevines, traveled 2.9 miles zigzagging across the sky, and flew for 52 minutes. Pictures are posted on our Facebook page. We provided everything we promised. I am sorry Joann wasn't happy with our service. If my staff or I screw up, we will own it but this was not the case here. We are scratching our heads over this puzzling review and don't offer refunds because of how high a balloon was. If you are a potential customer reading this review, please read the next review from another guest on this very same flight. Pilot Denni - the celebrity balloonist
