We were disappointed - we tried to find out more itinerary details from customer service before booking and were unable. We were hoping for more of a city center tour and not the surrounding neighborhoods....by trying to hit all 4 quadrants, it takes up way too much of the 3.5 hours driving and we were now wowed by anything we did see. Also, the tour guide was very nice but seemed pretty uninformed about where and what he was showing us....this resulted in a very disjointed and fairly uninteresting tour. I really like the idea of the tour, but more customized tour options and an improved tour narrative would have made it more enjoyable and rewarding. It was a disappointing way to spend our money.

Very knowledgable tour guide and comfortable Mercedes van, There was an appropriate amount of time outside the van and the guide offered drinks and snacks. The small group of 3 parties (7 people total) made it very easy to interact. I was traveling alone so i appreciate this aspect of the tour.

The "tea at manor" was an offer of tea from a thermos in the parking lot. The guides shared little to no information as they drove around-they did not know enough about Portland to be able to tell stories about what they were driving by. It is outrageous what you charge for this tour and a huge disappointment.
